1. Return Eligibility

The product is unused, unwashed, and in original condition
Original tags and packaging are intact

3. Return Process
Go to the “My Orders” section on our website.
Select the product you want to return.
Submit a return request with the reason.
Our team will arrange a pickup (if available in your area).
Once the product passes quality inspection, your refund/exchange will be processed.
4. Refund Policy
Refunds are processed after successful quality check.
The amount will be refunded to the original payment method.
For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, the refund will be transferred to your bank account.
Refund processing time: 5–7 working days after approval.
5. Exchange Policy
Exchanges are subject to product availability.
If the requested size is not available, a refund will be issued.
